From 8 to 80, anybody who has ever read about the revolution in the technology industry knows the name of the legendary Steve Jobs. The co-founder of one of the most popular brands, Apple, Jobs is more than just an inspiration to a generation of innovators.

1. HIS LOVE FOR COLOURS
Would you believe me if I said that the last picture was the very first logo of Apple? It was designed by Ronald Wayne in 1976, who just happened to be a third co-founder of Apple. The logo included Issac Newton, on the verge of his discovery of gravity, sitting under an apple tree.
The logo also included a quote from the renowned English poet, William Wordsworth “Newton… a mind forever voyaging through strange seas of thought.”
Although just a year later, tired of it’s old-fashioned look, Jobs hired a new graphic designer to create the iconic design we see in all Apple products today.
2. HE DREAMT OF BECOMING SOMETHING ELSE
While he has inspired many on their journey towards technological success, Jobs originally wanted to become a Buddhist monk or a poet in France. He was so interested in the whole idea, that from a mere age of 17, he started saving up money for his impending trip to India.
Having reached there, he began the search for spiritual guidance from Neem Karoli Baba, at his Kainchi Ashram. He spent 7 months in India, trekking to remote Ashrams, acquiring sacred knowledge and experimenting with his life.
When he came back; he was a changed man. He had shaved his head and only wore traditional Indian clothes for a few months.
In fact, he had a phase where he had no money on him. He used to live off ‘Prasad’ from the local Hare Krishna temple. With Steve Jobs net worth being more than $10 billion, he surely never had to see those days again.

3. AND THE MOST SIMPLE MAN AWARD GOES TO….

Guy Kawaski, an employee who had worked with Jobs, mentioned in Quora, “Working for Steve Jobs wasn’t easy, and it wasn’t pleasant. He demanded excellence and kept you at the top of your game—or you were gone. I wouldn’t trade my experience working for him for any job I’ve ever had.”
5. WHY DOES THE APPLE LOGO HAVE A BITE YOU ASK?

6. HE WAS A DEVIL....IN DETAILS
Although a college dropout, Jobs, took audited classes year-round.
One such class was a calligraphy course, which he quotes, “was instrumental in the future Apple products’ attention to typography and font.”
If that didn’t convince you, this will. On a random iPhone check, Jobs observed that the second ‘O’ in Google, had the wrong shade of yellow, and looked bad on the screen. He immediately called the former Vice President of Google, Vic Gundotra, and asked him to fix it.
